directly for a music event.
A week ago I bought a sign press to add letterpress printing capabilities for my poster work. Below is one of the first prints off this press that is new to me.
This is two color piece gives a slight nod to the band's current tour.

The site can be viewed at www.fuelmagazine.org.
I will be printing this poster this weekend for the Delorean show. I look forward
to being able to print on this sweet black paper stock graciously supplied by fellow poster maker Chad Lundberg
you should check out his work it's great stuff.
The Vera Project was looking for 500 scree printed tickets to the Akron/Family show
and loved the idea I had of integrating the background of the tickets with the show poster. Below is the poster. I'll post an
image of the tickets soon.
I finished printing my entry for the Haiti Poster Project. Espere is the creole word for hope.
The concept of the poster was that while it is difficult to see Hope in times of crisis, it is
always there. If you get a chance, visit www.thehaitiposterproject.com. There are lots of great designers that
have donated their time and creativity to a great cause. I am not sure when the posters will be available for sale, but I will post information here when they are.
A pair of my shoes was featured on the landing page of Artsprojekt.com.
I received an email a while back asking me to join Artsprojekt. A group of artists using a service called Zazzle to sell their work online.
Through them I am able to apply some of my illustration and pattern work to shoes. Here is my first shoe available through the site.
Hot of the press. This poster is matte white ink on white pearl paper with matte blank ink for the type.
The Protect Me poster received poster of the week from The Stranger.

works at their Holiday Fair on December 12th. This fair will also feature they
ever popular bring it screen it where local artists, myself included, have created
Vera designs to print on shirts and schwag.
I had the opportunity to design and layout the latest issue of The Art Institute of Seattle's Student/Alumni publication FUEL.
There was a format switch as the magazine used to be 5.5x8.5. Also, I had the opportunity to refresh the masthead
allowing the cover to display student/alumni work without the masthead getting in the way. The full issue can be
viewed at www.fuelmagazine.org
This quarter's Open Mic poster was printed on Canson with white and black ink.
Black pearl ink on Black paper with a white ink for the type.
This project is a collection of recordings from a band that played surf rock in El Paso, Texas in the sixties. Their lead guitarist remasted the tracks and came to me to provide graphics and screen printing for the project. I had a lot of fun working on this project and one of the songs gets stuck in my head from time to time.
The poster is for the 1st Annual Seattle International Latino Film Festival. 18x24 in size, the poster is going to be a digital print with a limited run. The overall design will be repurposed for the cover of the program that is in progress.

I am not sure why I haven't posted them here before. Below are process photos from the Papercuts poster I completed today. These were printed at The Art Institute of Seattle's new screen printing facilities.
